James Quezada is a seasoned veteran of the landscape maintenance industry, bringing over 26 years of landscape and horticulture experience to ModernGreen.  Firmly indoctrinated in the area of customer service, James has been responsible for developing relationships, maintaining landscapes, enhancing properties and training personnel for much of his professional career.  His clients have been the fortunate recipient in his firm belief of the old adage “attention to detail”, as he truly understands the commitment needed to stay on top of Texas landscapes.

James has successfully managed and helped to enhance well over a million square feet of green space and pedestrian areas ranging from downtown streetscapes and award-winning commercial centers to industrial parks and residential communities.
